Karen joined the Practice in April 2011 as PA to Mark Phillips. She has worked in various industries including architects and surveyors, theatre, travel and leisure and is also a director of a family travel business where she has encountered and overcome the financial challenges that businesses face on a daily basis, helping her to understand the problems that arise.  

She is an avid theatre goer and enjoys travelling and exploring new places.
