Both start-ups and businesses in distress suffer from the same problem: the need to source finance. For distressed businesses in particular, there is almost always a time critical element to this.

Start-ups, even with a good business plan and experienced management, often experience difficulties in raising finance from the traditional bank lenders. For distressed companies, it is often the break down in the relationship with the existing lenders that is putting the business under more pressure.

SKSi have a large network of contacts within private equity firms, invoice factoring and discount houses and other financial intermediaries. We are not financial brokers nor do we earn commissions from any introductions. Our role is to assist management in identifying the type and sources of finance and effecting such introductions as are appropriate. Once the finance has been secured we can work with management in (re)building a successful business.
