SKSi, the professional services company providing insight and advice to businesses is pleased to announce that Donald Scott has joined the SKSi team in Scotland, based in our Edinburgh office.

Donald is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAS 1996) and JIEB qualified (ICAS 2003). Donald brings with him a wealth of Restructuring and Insolvency knowledge having worked for two of the ‘Big 4’ for more than 20 years. Donald has led numerous formal insolvency appointments and advisory assignments across a wide range of businesses and sectors.

Donald has extensive experience of advising Shareholders and Directors of Companies that are experiencing financial stress and distress. He also has significant experience of dealing with stakeholders, including lenders, creditors, landlords, government agencies and pension scheme trustees.
