Alistair Dickson, SKSi Head of Scotland.

We are delighted to announce the creation of a new professional services practice, SKSi, which has been formed by the merger of three insolvency practices Peter Hall, Benedict Mackenzie, and PCR LLP. We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Alistair Dickson to drive our growth of SKSi in our banking and finance team, as well as heading up our growing team in Scotland.

SKSi is a professional services company providing insight and advice to guide businesses through the everchanging economic environment. We pride ourselves on understanding the industries in which we work, allowing us to provide targeted strategies to resolve the issues affecting businesses and individuals.

Commenting, Carrie James, Managing Director of SKSi, said:

“This journey started when I joined Benedict Mackenzie in Nov 2017 with an ambition to develop a national advisory practice with an innovative approach to delivering professional services. I have brought together a group of like-minded, forward thinking individuals who share my vision to provide innovative solutions that draw on the experiences and knowledge of our team. This merger brings together a team, able to provide a broader range of services and specialist advice as we guide clients through the difficulties arising from the pandemic.”

Alistair Dickson added:

“I am excited to have taken on this opportunity to be part of SKSi that understands the market and shares my vision to deliver a fresh approach to businesses.”

Mark Phillips commented:

“On behalf of all the team at PCR we are delighted to become part of SKSI. Carrie’s vision and collegiate approach resonated with us and we look forward to working with the newly formed team.”

Peter Hall added:

“Becoming part of SKSi has provided me with the opportunity to work with like-minded people with a similar depth of experience and knowledge."
