Sale of Business

Mark Phillips and Julie Swan were appointed Joint Administrators of Nektan Gibraltar Limited (“The Company”) on 6 January 2020. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nektan plc, an AIM listed company registered in Gibraltar and is the main operating company for the Nektan Group, owned by Nektan plc.

We have today completed the sale of the company’s assets to Grace Media Limited.
