On 20 October 2021, Carrie James, director of SKSi the professional services company providing insight and advice to businesses, was appointed joint administrator of Kent Street (HSG) Limited with Paul Davies, Restructuring and Insolvency Partner at James Cowper Kreston.

On 27 October 2021, Carrie James and Paul Davies were also appointed joint administrators of High Street Residential UK Limited.
