On 16 December 2021 Anthony Hyams, Director of Insolve Plus Limited and Carrie James, Director of SKSi were appointed joint administrators of High Street GRP Limited following a Court Order in the Insolvency and Company Court.

Commenting, Carrie James said:

“We have just been appointed joint administrators of the company and will commence our duties in respect of that appointment. This will include the realisation of assets and a review of the events leading to the appointment including reviewing the involvement of the directors.

We will engage with investors committees, all creditors and other stakeholders in the coming weeks and we will be providing a dedicated channel for these communications.

At this time, it would be inappropriate for us to make any further comment or to speculate on the outcome of our investigation. However, we will issue further statements in due course.”
